Anybody ever had to deal with a crazy ex?!? Don't you wonder what goes through their head? In all honesty, if it's been 3+ months since the break up then you need to let it go. It makes me wonder exactly what their psychological status is. You can go back to childhood. Maybe something went wrong which deprived them of love or it could be something as simple as feeling wanted and that's why they just can't seem to let go. Who keeps putting themselves in situations where they're faced with continuous rejection with no signs of swaying the other person's mind? I personally have wayyyy too much pride to do all that shit.
But what happens when a disgruntled ex turns into a borderline psychopath?? This usually happens when they realize the ex is dating someone new. Yall know what I'm talking bout! That's when the "Ooh NOW you wanna come around" thoughts come. They kick it into overdrive. "Coincidentally" being in the same place, starting pointless arguments in hopes of reconciliation, sending messages via social networking sites, praying for a response, all of a sudden being "friends" with associates (a ploy to get info), lying about the status of the relationship they think they're in, making threats against their replacement, trying to find any and every flaw in the new love interest. They're threatened. And let's not mention the adding via facebook just to pick through wall posts and dissect every status and over analyze every picture. Sound overwhelming right? So what's the issue? What's the motivation?
They may actually still be in love. On top of that there's probably someone in their ear (especially in a female's case) giving them false hope. You know, the friends you can't stand that blow their head up, telling them that their ex wants them and their just frontin.
There's a chance the person you're dealing with could be lying to you. They could very well want their ex still and play it off to you. OR they may be too nice and their ex runs with the notion of civility and confuses it with interest. Either way it's a catalyst to the situation.
OR THEY COULD JUST BE FUCKING CRAZY!!
Advice: let your partner deal with THEIR psycho ex. It wasn't your business before and still isn't UNTIL they try you physically. Until then, just kick it and play a lil soccer. =)
