The Perfect Man=A Lil Bit of Him & Him...& Him =)

A very close personal friend of mine and I were having a conversation about boyfriends, cutty buddies, lovers, and lookers etc.  It was one of the most interesting conversations we've ever had.  She's in a committed ::cough:: well a relationship.  Has been for awhile and she admitted to cheating on her boyfriend.  Multiple times. ::GASP:: It was funny because I would have never ever aligned that with her.  She told me how she loved her boyfriend BUT (there's always a but) some things weren't going right and distance isn't helping it out.  Then the male she ended up cheating with  has great sex.  VERY great (yea i had to throw that in. Ha.)  Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong in her relationship.  They seem so happy on the outside. lol Then I realize,  I'd basically been in the same situation.  I just broke up with mine instead of cheating.  So what's missing??

1.  Sex.  The "lover" always always always has dream sex.  Everything is perfect in the bedroom and it's horrible because it's addictive.  We always come running back and it sucks because "he" usually knows he has good sex so he does it.  A lot.  With a lot of women.  At the same time (insert exaggerated puking noise here).  Those are the worst ones.  Sex is too damn powerful.  Problem? Why are the ones that have the GREAT sex the ones that don't want to committ?

2.  Excitement.  A girl can love her boyfriend to death but if she's bored (not in terms of sex...well you can include that too) someone is bound to come along to grab her attention.  It's inevitable.  No one wants a routine relationship.  Same thing everyday from sex to the leisure activities that y'all DON'T do because he wants to sit home.  To all my people in long distance relationships:  When we see yall we don't want to sit in the house the whole damn time!!!

3.  Conversation.  It would be nice if we could have good conversations after the first two months of the relationship.

4.  The lover.  Yes, back to sex (sorta).  Now that we're hooked on that, we start wanting a relationship because 9/10 along with the marvelous sex, there's good conversation and a good time.  Even when we're just chilling.  Then we get "attached" whether it's a physical, emotional or mental attachment.  Meaning we also enjoy his personality....unless we're blinded by the sex.  Usually one or the other or both.

5.  The Boyfriend.  He has our heart but not our mind.  His commitment makes us feel guilty.  His passion, love, caring gestures and all the cute shit that comes along with a relationship is within him.  That's hard to find.  We know that which is why we hold on.

If we could mold a man with fantastic sex, boyfriend material, good conversation and one that keeps me interested in all aspects of our relationship...then i will have the perfect man.  Only drawback is that most of us have these but in different men and since no one is perfect, we have to pick one.  Just gotta pick the right one. Ugh!!!!!

Disclaimer: Not saying EVERY woman feels like this and not saying that EVERY woman cheats (cuz i haven't =).
